FAIRMOUNT CDC IS NOW
PARK TO BROAD ARTS & BUSINESS DISTRICT
For 25 years, Fairmount Community Development Corporation has partnered with residents and businesses to strengthen the Art Museum community. We’ve grown alongside the neighborhoods we serve, from Fairmount Park to Broad Street - Fairmount, Brewerytown, Francisville, and Spring Garden.
To better reflect our work across neighborhoods, we are proud to reintroduce ourselves as the Park to Broad Arts & Business District. This new brand captures our commitment to fostering a blossoming, thriving, and inclusive community for entrepreneurs, neighbors, and newcomers—offering something for everyone.
