You can expect a full body workout combining a variety of movement patterns and exercise styles to work all major muscle groups. Think circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs, HIIT, burnouts, etc. using bodyweight, bands, light weights, pilates balls, and yoga blocks in an 85 degree room. They recommend bringing your mat, water, and towel!
