The Park to Broad District team are aware of “nuisance businesses” whose operations have a negative impact on our community - typically due to connections with drug-dealing, violence, illegal and unpermitted operations, code violations, and anti-social behavior by customers. Help us end nuisance businesses and take action.

We are excited to announce the six grantees for the spring 2026 cycle of Park to Broad’s Small Business Fund! These six grants, totaling $10,000, were created to help local businesses overcome challenges, plan community-building events, and grow in 2026.

Across 2026, Park to Broad is celebrating different ways to share local love with our community businesses. April is Arts Month! We will be spotlighting arts-based businesses, and art in businesses, culminating with Fairmount Arts Crawl on Sunday, April 26 - featuring arts vendors, music, food and family activities from 12-4pm at 23rd and Fairmount Avenue, plus art in businesses across the neighborhood!

On February 18, 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Visit Philly team to the Park to Broad Arts & Business District for a tour of Fairmount, Brewerytown, Francisville, and Spring Garden, and a chance to show off what makes our neighborhoods so special.

Across 2026 Philadelphia is welcoming visitors from around the world to enjoy special events and the country’s 250th birthday. We want everyone in the Park to Broad District neighborhoods to thrive through the 12 months of celebrations by encouraging “Local Love” for our businesses, history, and community.

For February we’re celebrating Black History Month by sharing our Guide to Black-Led Businesses, spotlighting some neighborhood favorites, alongside all the Black-owned businesses in the Park to Broad Directory.

The Small Business Fund is Park to Broad's new mini grant program to help small businesses in Brewerytown, Fairmount, Francisville, and Spring Garden overcome challenges, plan community-building events, and grow. Beginning February 9, we are accepting applications for the spring 2026 cycle.
