Kelly Green Day Fest Saturday, September 19, 2026
Join Charles Crummy, owner of Root and Rise Learning Project, and the Girard Avenue community, for Kelly Green Day Fest, taking place on Saturday, September 19th from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM along the 2700–2800 block of Girard Avenue. Kelly Green Day was born out of a simple but powerful belief that our corridor is stronger when we stand together. This event brings residents, local business owners, vendors, children, and families into one shared space. Not just to celebrate the Eagles season, but to demonstrate what this community looks like when it shows up unified.
The festival will feature several kid friendly activities like football activations, arts and craft activities, a Madden NFL tournament, local sports apparel and brick-and-mortar vendors, and a dedicated community networking hour spotlighting businesses along the corridor. All attendees are encouraged to wear their Philadelphia Eagles jerseys as a symbol of shared identity and pride.
