Across 2026 Philadelphia is welcoming visitors from around the world to enjoy special events and the country’s 250th birthday. We want everyone in the Park to Broad District neighborhoods to thrive through the 12 months of celebrations by encouraging “Local Love” for our businesses, history, and community.

In January our Philly Flurry event directed attention to shops that typically see fewer visitors at the start of the year.

For February we’re celebrating Black History Month by sharing our Guide to Black-Led Businesses, spotlighting some neighborhood favorites.

Coming Soon - 2026 Event News & Updates

On the topic of 2026 - several major events will be hosted in the District itself! We're creating a new page on our website at to track the news and impacts. Stay tuned for details coming soon!

Call for Mural & Street Artists

Park to Broad invites local artists to apply for our 2026 sidewalk gallery project, celebrating neighborhood history, culture, and identity this spring along West Girard Avenue. Apply at this link by March 1 to help us demonstrate that sidewalks are vibrant public spaces for people, connection, and creativity not dumping grounds for litter and trash.

Congrats Philly Flurry Winners

Congrats to our Philly Flurry winners Leah Christie and Matthew Connell! Keep sharing your Local Love for the community businesses that have seen big reductions in foot traffic and sales due to the recent weather.
