We have loved gathering this summer at big events like Fan Fest, and smaller local happenings on our blocks, corridors, and in local businesses! There are several opportunities still to come this season.


Neighbors Night

This Wednesday, July 29 FCA and FESPP are hosting Neighbors Night on Brown Street Lawn from 6pm-8pm with music, food, and family fun - they’ll be back on Thursday, August 27 as well!


Brewerytown Sidewalk Social Returns!

Next Wednesday, August 5 is Park to Broad’s Brewerytown Sidewalk Social, from 5pm-7pm on Girard Avenue between 26th and 29th Street - with live music, food trucks, local vendors, family activities - a great opportunity to support local businesses that have seen less visitors during Fan Fest.

Oval Minifest on the Parkway

Parks & Recreation and the Parkway Council are presenting The Oval Minifest on August 8, 15, and 22 with family programming, local food trucks, movie nights, lawn games, and more! Follow their Instagram for details.

Lemon Hill Improvements

Fan Fest has now wrapped, but there are improvements planned for Lemon Hill as it re-opens - follow this page from the city for more on playground renovations, the basketball court and baseball field, picnic pavilions, lighting, trees, and road safety features.


Follow and contribute to Lemon Hill Neighbors, the all-volunteer group doing an amazing job advocating for and maintaining the park!


Philly Cycling Classic

We hope you will meet us back at Lemon Hill to watch the Philly Cycling Classic, “the bike race,” returning on Sunday, August 30. We will keep updating parktobroad.org/residents with all the details on this and other 2026 events near the neighborhood.


Save the Date for the Taste of Fairmount November 19

Our annual Taste of Fairmount celebration showcasing restaurants and bars in the Park to Broad neighborhoods will return to Girard College on November 19. Early bird ticket sales start in September - be on the lookout as the event sells out every year.
