Opened in October 2025, Phin Cafe & Eatery is a Vietnamese coffee shop serving elevated coffee, unique mocktails, savory/sweet dishes and hosting small events.​​

What Makes You Stand Out?

We offer a Phin drip style coffee method of making coffee with unique blend of beans. Our cold foams and creams are very unique and quite addictive. Our vibe in the cafe is very warm and inviting with great customer service.

What was your inspiration for opening the business?

I wanted to bring Vietnamese concept to Francisville since it doesn't have one. Since the space is already built for a coffee shop we didn't have to do much besides add our touches.
