Share Your Local Love
This month, show the Park to Broad District businesses local love, by helping others discover our community gems! Leave a review to ensure local spots stand out when soccer fans are looking for places to shop or eat, and also help our own neighbors find new favorites. While some businesses benefit from increased traffic during the World Cup, our business community continues to rely on locals first. They thrive because neighbors like you keep showing up.
A Special Request
Earlier this spring, your contributions helped us invest directly in six local businesses through our Small Business Fund. While we're proud of the impact those grants made, the need was even greater. We received 31 applications, leaving many worthwhile projects unfunded. As our fiscal year comes to a close, we're working to raise $2,500 by the end of June so we can expand our fall grantee cohort and help at least two more local businesses. These grants support projects that strengthen our commercial corridors and attract customers, including signage and lighting upgrades, community events and promotions, equipment purchases, marketing campaigns, and more.

What You Need to Know about Fan Fest this Week
The next big projected soccer day for Philadelphia is this Friday, when the city hosts Brazil and Haiti on Juneteenth! Keep shopping local in the time in-between, and leave a review to keep building local buzz when you’re not able to stop by yourself.
Parking Support
We are hearing from neighbors enjoying Fan Fest, and reports of issues with parking tickets and towing. We have reached out to PPA for help and will share what we hear on our Instagram account and parktobroad.org/residents. In the meantime, neighbors can dispute a ticket/citation at this link.
